Care instructions

To keep your jewelry looking its best, please avoid exposing it to water or moisture. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from other jewelry to prevent damage and oxidation of certain metals. If you wear makeup, use hair products, or apply body and face creams, we recommend putting your earrings on after all products have been applied to avoid buildup.

 

Body Jewelry - Refunds/Exchanges

For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any body jewelry. This includes all plugs, earrings, tunnels, ear weights, industrial bars, nose rings, septum rings, and similar items. All sales of body jewelry are final.

 

Necklaces - Refunds/Exchanges

We want you to love your new necklaces! If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the necklace packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

What if my item was damaged?

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. To do so, take a clear photo of the damaged item and email it to TheFrillyFeline@gmail.com along with your order number.

This must be done within 14 days of delivery. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is no longer available. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and reflect in your account.
